The only thing stopping Henderson becoming Kenny Dalglish's first summer signing is his fee and Liverpool is confident of compromise with Sunderland after increasing its offer to £15million - just £3m short of the asking price.
Fifa also commented that Henderson is "Composed, athletic and powerful, Henderson described as “the best young British footballer there is” by his Sunderland manager.
Henderson helped Sunderland to an unbeaten run of games against big clubs such as Manchester City Manchester United and Chelsea all of whom have since reportedly registered an interest in the player.
