Reports from France suggest that Arsenal are winning the race to sign Lille striker Gervinho with the Ivory Coast international set to move to the Emirates for a fee of around £10 million. However, there are also reports that Manchester City are set to offer him a ‘huge salary’ to try and scupper the move.
