Emmanuel Rivière (born 3 March 1990) is a French football player of Martiniquais descent who currently plays for French club AS Saint-Étienne in Ligue 1. Rivière primarily plays in the lead striker role, but can also operate on the wings.
Wenger is believed to have identified the 21-year-old striker - seen as ‘the new Thierry Henry’ as a top young talent
